When putting the water in, take out the screw on the side of the valve. That will open it up and let air escape better while you are filling the tank.

@@worthshop When filling that tank with Propane all You have to do is loosen that screw and when You get a solid stream of liquid out of it your bottle is full.

What I have done several times already, though, is to open the valve, let the tank sit upside down for several days or whenever I get back to the project... Then just take the valve off, first thing. Filling it with water at that point is easy. You can even put a 3/4" plug in where the valve was, to hold the water in. Then you can do all the cutting and welding you want, with it still full of water. No risk of explosions. And even if you did somehow miraculously still have an explosion, it would be no more dangerous than a fart. Tank is not going to turn to shrapnel, because of the water.

Appreciate the input. Editing and getting sound levels right can be tricky. I had the video volumes set to 100% and music down to 80% but probably need to drop the music volume even further. I will work on it in the future!
