No body ever did a better impression of Johnny Carson than Tommy Smothers. Even a a do it quickly from his brother. Easpecaly the mannerisms. He does it as a compliment to Johnny. It also at least is there way of saying Johnny Carson was the tops in late night and gave us all Opertunaties. Especially just liked every day people. 😁

@@bebo5558 Man I sure don't remember a time when the Smothers Brothers wit and timing haven't been perfectly excellent, and seemed honed to a razors edge as far back as I can remember. I'm 66. Loved the Smothers Brothers forever! Got to see them in person in Atlantic City in the 90's ! Totally hysterical! After the show, we spoke to Tom & Dick ! No pretenses! The way they appeared was the way they are! - kind, generous & funny! They let us take pictures with them ! The photo of my sister & Dick turned out to be the last photo she ever took, before we lost her unexpectedly! She had gotten the tickets as a surprise for me,since she knew how I loved them! Laughter is the best medicine so, I still listen to all their albums & it's great to see them on You tune! Thanks for showing this great routine - one of many!
