As a kid, I used to be in that state all the time, but I was alone at being it. It took me years of self-convincing that I need to forget about it and join the others at being mindlessly engaged in doing things. But that only ended up making me depressed since it never felt right and superficial instead I was still alone never quite able to let go of it fully. But now I'm it again and this time without the feeling and need to be any other way and its more beautiful than ever.

Anna- You have helped me so much in the last few months on my Self Awareness. Awhile back, when I heard you say, "Your Breath is God." It hit me. I felt it. I was ready to hear that. I feel it now, more than ever. When I first started listening to you, I couldn't understand some of the things you were saying? I didn't know about vibration. With more study and implementation, my frequency is higher now, yet I am more calm than I have ever been. I keep coming back into my heart with God as often as I can or when I drift. Back to what already is, always has been, and always will BE. You taught me that. I thank, You. I thank, God. God's Love.
