Their is a book called "I Am Legend" that came out in 1954. The ending of this movie is not the original ending. The original ending is Dr. Robert Neville is alive and went with the mom and son together.

The original book is a bit different altogether though, as Robert is the only human in a world of normal vampires, and he's a legend for being the only human

there's 3 versions of this movie. "the last man on earth" (1964) starring vincent price, "the omega man" (1971) starring charlton heston and this one. this version is the only version to use the same title as the book its based on. but the 1964 version is still the best. thanks for the video.

I think I Am Legend could have potentially kicked off to be a great T.V series like Walking Dead, everyone is hoping for a second movie is there any truth to the rumors of another, my heart wishes for a second part to I Am Legend however my gut instinct is saying No!! I'm a Walking Dead fan also and like playing zombie games like The Last of Us 1-2, Sons of the Forest, Walking Dead and Day Z to escape the comforts of reality and put a little fear back into myself lols Nawww Ketty's emotions are so sincere to hear her sniffle during a dramatic scene is so very cute xx I Am Legend such an awesome movie, thank you Ketty and Michelle

They are gonna film and IAm Legend 2 with Will Smith to come back in this role,there was 2 different endings in the movie and they gonna return his character with the 2nd edition...For a big budget movie the design of the creatures they could make them look better,the VFX editors are kinda look like they were boring to design them,the only reason hold me to watch it is Will Smith's amazing performance as always and the doggo of course,otherwise the creatures weren't very scary.Btw you should watch Hancock too to have some fun,also a great performance dramatic role btw this time is Seven Pounds.

the novel, I AM LEGEND by Richard Matheson, is SO much better than any of the movies. This latest version was the worst. Sadly, none of the movies do justice to the book.

you should do a reaction to two of the best vampire movies of the last 30 years - THIRST (Korean, 2009; subtitled) and LET THE RIGHT ONE IN (Swedish, 2008; watch the subtitled version, the English dubbed version is terrible). Both are brilliant with different variations on the vampire theme.

I went to school for animation, and my Art Director knows several of the producers for this film and he himself did the 3D work for the "broken bridge" on the cover and the posters for this movie.

1. This is my favorite Will Smith movie. 2.The part that gave me real respect for Will Smith is the scene where he's talking to the mannequin right after having to kill his best/only friend and says, "Please say hello to me". 😭THAT'S acting. Where did he go to get that?. 3. This film is mostly a remake of "The Last Man On Earth" and "The Omega Man" staring Charlton Heston. 4. The wild animals escaped from the Manhattan Zoo. 5. He was saving the bacon for Samantha. 6. There's speculation that he's the bad guy because he's the hunter now. 7. I absolutely fell in love/LUST with Alice Braga after I saw this movie. 8. The female was the leader's squeeze. 9. This is the ending where he sacrifices himself. The other one is he lives. I prefer this ending.
