Missed opportunity for the star wars style scrolling "skatepark far away" 🤣 Solid session dude, that manual rock fakie is nuts man. And it's not even just a short little manny it was a decent length!

Thanks!! Yeah to be fair the quarter was the smallest one I ever skated but still felt so cool. Def should of used the starwars font 🤣

sick. progress feels good, but i try to be mindful of my age and the accumulated rust 😭i try to not overdo it and pack it in before i get hurt. trying to work on fundamentals and general strength and flexibility. i try to keep it pretty low impact.
@fatdadskatesbad2 ай бұрын
@@diplenski my feet get sore the most just from constantly bailing from up high but overall skating transition really isnt too bad on the body but it def takes conditioning to learn how to bail on the bigger stuff. I always stretch daily and before any session jump rope push ups core training. Next I need to completely cut out alcohol and work on a better diet. I love skating so much want to be able to do it as long as possible but the constant lack of sleep from my 2 little ones and the decades of working construction def doesnt make it easy.

Alright! Looked like you were getting some board time finally. I too started working on Ollie's. I got about 10 inches on a block that's my max . Got a slappy nose slide. My next thing is getting Ollie's on hips again. Good video 🤙

@@benoduartebd thanks. Yeah I gotta work on my ollies more been putting them on the backburner was good to even get these today!! I am still horrible at slappy nose slides lol.

@@fatdadskatesbad well I been just Ollie to a nose stale on a block coming straight on. Also at the same time work on riding about a 45 angle to it then slappy hold the slide as long as I can til I stop. Found it's hard to keep weight on the nose sometimes. I have to work hard not a total natural.
