At least Majora's Mask is a lot better when there's a count down of something crashing into the earth. You only have 3 days and once you wasted all 3 days, the moon crashes into the world and it's Game Over. This game could have something like that where you can start over when the meteor strikes the Earth. But no of course there has to be excuses on why the meteor will be pushed back some more days

I've completed this game and there is a good reason why they don't give you a game over but they do punish you for losing: this game goes on a *while* and is sometimes jank and has RNG occurrences each day, and also it is very easy to accidentally screw up because you can't do jobs on sundays (and the items dont get delivered till monday) and can accidentally do jobs on the final day before you die if you don't pay attention. What they do instead is your museum (you unlock later) becomes damaged and you lose a large portion of your money. I'm thinking they were probably afraid that this sort of outcome would be frustrating for players, and overall this games tone is comedic so they opted for a joke with grandpa instead.

Ocarina of time is not any better, exploring a torture chamber with blood scattered on the ground, witness a death of a soldier who was killed by ganondorf, and red blood on version 1.0(also E10+). You kind of people need to understand that kids can understand a LOT more than you think. Plus, the game loses appeal if it's limited by being too kiddish.

Did some math, not sure if I did so correctly- 9:50 (ish) is where he says the payrate must be insane if he gets $21 per 45 seconds. There's a total of 3600 seconds every hour (aka 60 seconds x 60 minutes), and if you divide that by 45 you should get every instance of 45 seconds passing in that timeframe, aka 80. Then, if you multiply 80 by 21 (the payrate) you'll get a total of $1,680 per hour. If you multiply THAT by 8 (the average shift of a job), you'd be making about $13,440 per shift. Of course this payrate is assuming the farmer works an hourly job where they get paid a static amount per hour regardless of what they do- realistically this makes a lot more sense if we assume they're getting paid based on how many crops are collected, aka working on commission, in which case the better question is either why they're paying so much per crop, or why the farmer can collect crops so fast.
