This had a 3DS port. In fact, the wii version is glitched and impossible to 100% due to one of the stickers being glitched for the unlock. It was fixed in the 3DS version though

I mean... it came out *before* the Wii U was thing. The only thing they had was the Udraw at the time. The game did later get a 3DS port, which works a bit better with an actual touch screen

In other words it probably wasn't registering his taps on the pad as cards being flipped (at least in repeat attempts) making him look slower than he was.

I am surprised the uDraw tablet came out less than 2 years prior to the release of the Wii U. There were nine other games released for uDraw including Pictionary and Kung Fu Panda 2. This game was also on the 3DS, so you are kinda right in saying the uDraw turns your Wii into a DS.
