What kind of Cevape is that? Cheap, fatty pork and such awful bread to go with it would be a disaster for your Cevapi. Have you ever eaten Cevapi in Prizren-Kosovo? Of course you won't find better Cavapi anywhere than in Sarajevo, but if not, I can recommend it to you, it's a very interesting area.

I had cevapi in Planjane, a small Bosniak town near Prizren, it was pretty good. Like you said, sarajevski cevapi is the best in the world. I wonder if the reason why the meat seemed so different in this cevapi is because there was pork in there. Interesting
