Just small reminder, even you 100% exploration on the map, it doesn't mean you clearing fully 100%. For my case, i already 100% Coatepec Mountain area couple days ago, but today i just found 1 precious chest at Coatepec Mountain area while farming Wayob manifestation drops. So for f2p player pay attention for that, and recomended to use interactive map.

One advice I can give as a player from 1.6 is take your time. Don't get burned out like most of doing things quickly. Enjoy your time

A little tip from someone who's 100% everything except minlin: Quests generally reward chests if they reward primos. It's not always completely true, but I'd say it is around 95% of the time. Good enough for a rule of thumb, anyways.

Yeah thats a decent rule of thumb, but the issue for me was more "ok, how much time is this quest going to take relative to the contribution towards exploration %" since you dont need to get everything to 100% the map.

Actually to unlock the sigil place, you just needed to go there and it would've unlocked right away 😅 could've saved you some time. No quest needed.

Exploration videos are fun. I feel like Genshin does really well with exploration and experimenting with it so that it's never stale in new regions. Natlan in particular has been SO fun to explore.

I completed over 8 or 9 days because work & such but I also didn't use the interactive map so a lot was random chance, mainly the hidden trials that need some kind of interaction to reveal the actual trigger. This made the whole experience very enjoyable & I've found additional items in all areas since hitting 100% so I expect there's yet more to find.

Natlan exploration was actually pretty fun, except that one area in the top middle with 4 layers, the puzzles where fun and simple, you have options for movement and climbing, and the oculi arent locked behind some weird bush you need to level up

Current metrics for this video seems to agree with you lol. For how much time and energy making this video took it kinda saddens me because Id have liked to diversify my content more into this direction largely to illustrate the nuance of how there are different ways to enjoy Genshin. But its currently my worst performing video of my last 10 videos (and I think took the most effort to make…) Its possible this video still ends up performing well over time, though, so we shall see. It was at least worth making to test the waters of exploration content a bit. Such is the ups and downs of content creation

i got 100% in natlan within like maybe four days but tbh it was only really because i wanted to open those places with the sanctifying elixirs and just kept getting unlucky i guess 😭😭

I think you can specifically target precious/lux chests for the elixirs, far as I could tell you couldnt get the ring pieces in lower tier chests

so I use the same set up for my mualani team but I can't decide if I want to have furina or Jean or Kazuha. Do you think it depends on the situation or is furina gonna be the best to slot in with this set up?

I use healing mode Furina with her C2 for that team. Without Furina C2, the dmg% youd get from her is much more inconsistent (and it still can be inconsistent with her C2 since you need to lose HP from being attacked) Anemo units like Sucrose/Jean can be a decent option for survivability (Kazuha would mostly be there for grouping but just Dehya as your defensive utility isnt great, Sucrose can use Proto Amber to heal), but you dont really swirl hydro in a burning team for Mualani, so they are just there for potential survivability and a little buffing. I liked Sucrose for just giving a decent EM buff to Mualani with very little field time requirement. Other compelling options is additional off field pyro (XL) or Dendro (Nahida, EM buff from burst buffs Mualani, and she can heal with proto amber) All in all, when doing Dehya/Emilie/Mualani, the last slot is just kinda a weird flex slot for you to find the best option for survivability and some other contribution to the team. ZL works obviously, and I did test Kachina a little bit, with decent success. Xilonen will be a compelling choice too
