Four Star artifact set as more interesting mechanic then 5 Star set

I played for 2 weeks now and its overwelming. I got a zhongli now. And an ningguang who are pushing. Shall i just focus on one or those 2?

This looks like my account lol I don’t level up pieces much because of how much mora it consumes. It’s a me problem because I hate going down the 10mil mark.

1) You're keeping DEF artifacts of HP sets, that's never going to help you. 2) You're keeping plenty of artifacts with substats with way too much weight and too little value, of course you're going to be short on EXP. 3) There is so much stat and set variety compared to what characters actually use and prefer that selecting the stat and set becomes extremely valuable because more than half the artifacts you get will not be optimal (valuable) for any character ever. That includes stat and set combination, because you might want DEF and crit in one character but not from Vermillion Hereafter. 4) RNG is most likely going to screw you over, this is a casino game, so selecting exactly what you want is going to be better than waiting for it to appear, especially if the character you're (obviously) going to transmute for needs low drop rate or resin inefficient artifacts. 5) RNG's sin is that you can get what you want early and be slightly happy, at a normal pace and be okay, OR POTENTIALLY NEVER GET IT IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSE AND ROT AWAY. The transmuter destroys most of the rot by bypassing RNG. With the transmuter, you'll be way less likely to suffer artifact purgatory. The less RNG checks, the less doom.

It's been a few years since I played and I'm back at it. My account was pretty stacked up until then. A review would be very helpful to know where I should focus :)

Did 120 pulls on Nueve banner and only got 1 Fischl. 4 star rates are so frustratingly rigged

I think it ultimately depends on what lense we are using to gauge the 4 star cause early on a character like noelle is a godsend even at C0 because she can shield (which geo shield is better than elemental shield), shes claymore (which help with farming etc), and shes technically free, but if we are talking about investment yeah she kinda need c6 to function well on the high end.

Yeah it’s expensive to extract elixirs but just feed it your shitty rolls. You have like a whole patch cycle to so it, chances are if you are rolling artifacts you’ll have a couple double def duds sitting in your inv.

tbh, some of my guys on my account look as bad as this... im only getting carried cause i have mid artifacts on busted characters lol.

do remember the team need 4 character , and any of these 4 star(s) really should not be viewed in a solo fashion , nor the 5 star(s) .. my experience is that pretty much each and every character in game can be made to work even at C0 provided you provide the right combo , well might be not meta or able to min max for everyone but certainly working decent

I use lisa(c1) with chevreuse xiangling and yae and it's a really fun team to play, especially since with overload Lisa can get 2-3 stacks on nearby enemies with one tap of her skill

How would you compare Mavuika (c1) with Arlecchino (c1) as far as speed clearing overworld fights, just using their skills with barely any use of bursts, and minimal setups? And what other charscters stand out to you within those limitations?

The furina counter I also find it weird you said "at some point you'll want consts" i mean duh Real question is, can you make a 4 star tier list of main sub and suppoort -without- relying on consts and ANY 5 star? :o Aka, for new gamers to see what value/parties they should go for with the ranked 4 stars

I hear very mixed opinions about Pyro MC. I saw some calcs (i think it was testing on-field only) and they said they were around Yoimiya level DPS, which i think is actually good for all of us MC enjoyers. I don't get why people would think that PMC was going to be "next level great" after what they did to Hydro version... Realistically best we could've hoped for is DMC level, and so far i think PMC might deliver. Anyway, I'll reserve my actual judgement until a week or so after the release, but the thing that i value the most is how flexible their kit is in terms of different roles they can fulfill (also C6 visuals are very pretty imo). Might finally properly try burgeon after 2 years.

I think some people are judging the list as if it is stand-alone and meant to be read without context. There's a lot of good information in how you explained your placements. Ultimately, this may not be super accurate going by the tiers alone, but you give great considerations for new players and low spenders, and that matters when making decisions for these accounts.
