Yes the back of every grian build doesn’t have a back unless he does it with 4 more hermits on the 3rd last episode. Before releasing the map to the public. If he did do the back of this Lego build it would have 48x48 base plates in a frame of rail bricks. And be done in December of 2022

So here’s a fun fact about LEGO if no one has said it already, a lot of professional LEGO master-builders (the ones who build the sculptures at their theme parks) use methods that Grian used in this video (e.g. using a variety of different colors for the interior because there is simply not enough of a single color, structural support, and a hollow interior). Overall, Grian did awesome job and was more true to LEGO than he perhaps realized!

Just for future reference the issue with bricks not being cubes is because a brick is five plates wide and 3 plates tall, if you wanted to retry you could always do something like that

That actually so good for your first build in years. I would recommend for your bricks to make them perfectly square you need to add a thin 2x2 onto the top and bottom of your normal 2x2s if you watch other Minecraft Lego builders they tend to do that. Great build though 👍

The LEGO group should honestly collaborate with members from the Hermitcraft server and make them have their own sets, like Scars swagon and all of the surrounding wagons, the boatem gigabase, or just the big eye crew's coastal city. I think it would sell well since hermitcraft is widely known, as well as Minecraft and LEGO fans being very similar. Of course they would have to scale down the builds, but that wouldn't be a bad hing in my opinion. That just makes it more reasonable and affordable.

Lego is like the granddad of minecraft, being able to build anything of out bricks. I have no clue how Grian was able to resist just emptying the store saying he "needed" it.

The different colors on the back remind me of how we usually use wool blocks for hidden redstone. I think it is very fitting. And the fact that the back isn't done is just a Grian thing
