The LEGO group should honestly collaborate with members from the Hermitcraft server and make them have their own sets, like Scars swagon and all of the surrounding wagons, the boatem gigabase, or just the big eye crew's coastal city. I think it would sell well since hermitcraft is widely known, as well as Minecraft and LEGO fans being very similar. Of course they would have to scale down the builds, but that wouldn't be a bad hing in my opinion. That just makes it more reasonable and affordable.

So here’s a fun fact about LEGO if no one has said it already, a lot of professional LEGO master-builders (the ones who build the sculptures at their theme parks) use methods that Grian used in this video (e.g. using a variety of different colors for the interior because there is simply not enough of a single color, structural support, and a hollow interior). Overall, Grian did awesome job and was more true to LEGO than he perhaps realized!

Lego is my main hobby, Grian, don’t feel bad at all about have the “not camera friendly” side be multi colored. If you ever see a giant Lego mountain or just a large structure, I can guarantee that any parts that aren’t meant to be visible are not only hollow, but held up with rainbow colored pillars aswell. We will actually use Lego Duplo instead of regular bricks as they are exactly 4 times larger and are still compatible with regular bricks.

I mean most like Lego builds that big my AfoLs (adult fans of Lego) for displays and stuff are like that. It’s recommended for use, Duplo bricks are great for holding the weight of large mountains as well! And really easy to find lots of.

Lego the company really is pretty smart to capitalize on the popularity of Minecraft. The prominent and stylistic blocky texture of MC translates so well to Lego. They are made for each other really.

The montage of people falling into the Boatem Hole and the little recreations at the end were so fun! It’s amazing how different and at the same time similar the lego version is to the original. I actually thought you’d end up going back to the store for more gray or order it online, but you managed to stretch your supply to completion. I just wish you had included the End Crystal room, but hey, maybe that’s something you could add in some other time if you feel like it.

The back/interior looks like many large-scale LEGO models. People will use the vibrant colours as support, so they, like you, don't run out of the colours they need.

Just for future reference the issue with bricks not being cubes is because a brick is five plates wide and 3 plates tall, if you wanted to retry you could always do something like that

what a lot of people dont get is that art is a SKILL! it's learned through experience, and Grian has been working on that skill for probably near 20 years now. This was a rant my old art teacher would go on about people saying "oh i dont have the talent for art"
