Most who swear up and down they are gay, are not. Many fall into it due to some kind of curiosity, confusion, conditioning, abuse,, trauma, and rebellion. Today, the new contenders are "wanting to feel special and getting attention", which is primarily with females. The others are typically male incels who have given up, on women completely. I've interviewed so many gay/lesbian people, which was a little experiment I did some years back, which was only supposed to go on for 6 months, but ended up going on for 12 years! When I'd ask questions, particularly about their childhood, one of the ones named above immediately jumped out, and it was surprising MOST of them didn't think that this could possibly be the reason why they were/are gay/lesbian. When I'd point it out by saying, "Do you think maybe it was this?" They'd stop and think for awhile, and just respond "Yeah probably." Some of these people like this dude, turned to god, many others to therapy, and it is like an addiction no different from any other, because it is basically a sex addiction, which was also the theme with this crowd, everything was about sex. There are indeed people actually born like that, and are outnumbered greatly by the other type. Their behavior is very very different. They have zero attraction to the opposite sex, not even a little bit. They are not confused, they had no curiosity, nothing. Their lack of attraction is beyond the physical, but romantically, and biologically, which is fascinating. I understood why scientists have a hard time studying this, they see interesting things going on, which is pointing to slight genetic and or hormonal, but they can't pinpoint it, because again, MOST of the people claiming to be gay, are simply not.

When he said, "I remembered the Jesus that caught me where I was....", every window inside my soul blew out and shattered. The walls I'd built up began to shake then crumbled. When I tell you the Holy Spirit fell on me and the atmosphere was so thick I could barely breathe....I was shook. I'm still shaking as I type this. My heart that was dead and broken is beating again and it's pounding so hard I hear and feel it in my ears. The Holy Spirit showed up and I'm reminded it was never Jesus who left or let me down. It was ME. MY choice to live in disobedience. MY want to go after things of the flesh. My earthly desires and sinful life created a fruitless harvest. I died a spiritual death. I always believed I was too far gone, too "bad", too separated from His grace to hear His voice or feel His presence. The devil is a liar. Because Jesus...He caught me. Right here, where I was. And my Father - my Creator - cannot be contained, given boundaries or follow a "schedule" to when He's allowed to be God. My Daddy, Abba Father, never stops calling and looking for His lost sheep. He is eternal and ordered my steps before I even existed on earth and HE KNEW I would be right here. Right now 😔. He He touched me through testimony and sat with me, holding me, enveloping me with His love so big and great. And I leaned back into my Father's loving arms because there is no shame in this love, no reprimand. No condemnation because pure love produces conviction. A love so deep and immense our human brain can never comprehend it. And forgiveness. Forgiveness without conditions. This feeling 🥰 no earthly words can describe what is happening at this moment. I feel so loved by my Heavenly Father for Him to meet me here in my mess. Right where I am and speak to me, reminding me of just how greatly loved I am that He sent His Son to take my place as a sacrifice. That precious blood that was shed from a perfect, sinless and blameless Jesus so that Our Father could look beyond MY filth and sin and touch me. I'm humbled by His love. I'm so undeserving of such love and a forgiveness of countless times I've hurt Him. But the Blood says I am deserving. That precious blood that removes the tattered and dirty garments and covers me in robes of purity - not a spot or wrinkle. The freedom and power thru the sacrificial Lamb of God to be able talk to my Heavenly Father is what the enemy wanted me to forget to keep me chained in sin and bondage. And it worked. Until today. I fail God time and time again. I fail Him daily yet He promises that I can boldly approach the Throne and ask for anything. His mercy and forgiveness abound and, because He keeps no record of wrong and His great big love is limitless, thru forgiveness....I am free indeed. I have chosen and walked in rebellion filling my heart with hurt, anger and sorrow and....I'm tired. This world has used me, abused me and left me joyless and miserable. I'm sitting here, held by my Father and reminded that HE LOVES ME and has never left or forsaken me. I clearly hear His Voice saying that my place at the table is set and He's been waiting for my return home. He doesn't care where I've been, who I've been with or what I was doing. He welcomed me with open arms and is happy that His daughter's home. Thank you, Delafé, for your obedience in this ministry of producing testimonies. This one reached me and touched me where no witnessing, sermon or scripture could. God bless you 🙏🏻.

I really appreciate former lgb men and women . They are treated badly and are not viewed well by the public. Instead, it can be changed. No one says it is an easy path but those who want to live in truth is a path they must take. This also applies to heterosexuals who live in promiscuity
@yolandajones1794 Жыл бұрын
I agree. About promiscuity, I admit I did not know the meaning of the word until I was an adult. I learned about keeping my virginity until marriage from my mother. But, learned about more words from the Bible. Fornication, and other sins my parents never mentioned to me. I am a female, and my dad never discussed sex with me. I learned many things about sex from the wrong people. To learn I needed to heal from childhood sexual abuse from the age of 5. No memory of who. The other four, all could start me down the road of being a sex object. Stolen innocence a sin against God's children. So thankful for all the support I had from people outside my family. Also Facebook support and this ministry. Plus churches outside my church. All churches don't have counseling for sexual abuse. Maybe not enough education or knowledge how to support others. I pray more churches seek to help those who struggle with sexual sin.

@@yolandajones1794I am very sorry for what happened to you. These are wounds that remain for a lifetime and it takes great strength and self-analysis to be able to heal. That is why it is not okay for Lgbt+ people to change their lifestyle if not,they lose money.

I'm curious. Does that mean gays can all eventually crave heterosexual sex and be disgusted by same sex ? Or, does it mean, for life, y'all will have to fight the urges and settle for remaining single and sex free?
@RichGriffis Жыл бұрын
@@TheFiestyhick, that's a really good question that, depending on who you ask, may be answered differently. For me, I am currently married to a woman, but I'm not ashamed to admit that temptation does present itself sometimes. Yes I do believe that for someone who may have never desired being with the opposite sex, sexually can have a desire to be with them at some point. That doesn't always mean the desires go away, although for some, that could happen. I don't think you have to settle for being single and sex free. And I've say again that everyone's story is different. It's not a one-size fit's all situation.
@TheFiestyhick Жыл бұрын
@@RichGriffis very detailed reply. Yeah, you are right. I've heard former gays say they now totally love sex with gals and some say, even though they avoid gay, anal sex, they still crave a toss in the hay with a dude, here and there, so I'm confused. I used to think they could all just snap out of homo behavior with fervent prayer and mentoring but seems it's not that simple since many former gays say it's a constant battle of lust and to occasionally screw around with guys. I hope some ministry comes out that can help at least 90 percent of gay turn fully heterosexual to show the world it can be done.

Or look when the woman was caught in adultery and thrown to Jesus so that she can be judged by Jesus. But Jesus and Jesus did the unthinkable. He told everyone to throw rocks at her if they are not sinful and are very righteous. not one fo them threw a single rock and they all left one by one and he told her to not sin again. Orrr, you can just see what the whole Bible story is about. Adam and Eve sinned agsint the Lord and they deserved hell and so did we. but God loved us too much that he gave his only begotten Son Jesus Christ to come die for us. After Jesus died for us, it was finished and now anybody who bleievs in the name of the Lord will be saved from God's wrath and hell. they can enjoy eternal life with him. Imagine, God asked us to reconcile with Him while we were supposed to be the ones making the sacrifices and apologise. the moment God saw Adam and Eve after they sinned, he promised them that a Snake Crusher (Jesus) will come and destroy the head of the serpent (defeat sin and death and the devil as well) and the serpent will bite the heel of the Snake Crusher meaning that the Snake Crusher, Jesus will be crucifed for our sins. Thank you for your testimony. It’s astounding how much sexual abuse and pornography children are exposed to. I am not same sex attracted but I was definitely negatively impacted for life due to childhood sexual abuse/exposure to pornography at a young age. I have suffered disordered sexual thoughts ever since and still struggle with trying to stop thinking these thoughts. I feel like I am broken and I can’t have normal intimacy. I still give in to temptation at times and I continue to pray to get delivered from this cross. We need to protect our kids from being exposed to sexuality. It feels like our culture is doing the opposite: we are introducing kids younger and younger to sexual themes. I pray every day this will stop. 🙏🏻

For anyone who was involved in any kind of SA as a child or early introduction to pornography the images/themes don’t just disappear. I have given my life to Jesus and He has strengthened me. I am so grateful for that. But when I am being intimate, I have momentary flashes of temptation that are very difficult to dismiss. I do pray and I have Faith that in time it won’t happen anymore. I am sure I am not alone in this. Disordered sexual thoughts are very common with history of abuse. I don’t want these thoughts and I don’t welcome them. This is honestly beautiful!! I never struggled with Sexual abuse at all but I have dealt with my sexuality. For the longest time I struggled with even figuring out what I was. I went through every sexuality from lesbian, pan, bisexual, back to lesbian and finally settled on bisexuality. I’ve been sitting with this and even acted on it for years but recently in the last couple months I’ve found god again. I grew up In the church and backslid for awhile.I struggled for awhile because you always hear you’re going to hell if you don’t leave it but it’s not that easy. It took a lot of seeking and praying for the feeling to start dissipating. I’m beginning to understand that my “attraction” is just lust. It’s rough because it was such a big part of my identity and letting it die hurts. However knowing that God has never turned from me and has always loved me has gotten me through those tough days and still continues to do so. If he can send his son to die for me I can too let all the “bad” parts of me die to. So If you’re struggling as well just know that it’s not an over night thing. Slowly but surely you’ll begin to change. Let god in your heart to make the moves he needs to. Blessed be to his children. Much love 🤍
