Oh my, yes. I'm doing a Mina marathon and when I rewatched this , I was recalling all of the times I have apologized when I didn't do anything wrong...I feel like this has been so ingrained in us as women, to be the nice girl. I remember one time..I was in a boutique trying on clothes, and the music in the fitting room was loud. The SA accidentally opened my fitting room door when I was in the middle of changing. She didn't say anything...just stood there staring at me. I was apologizing to HER!! When I went to pay for my things, she still said nothing! These are the moments that I revisit and cringe...thank you Mina for bringing this to my awareness....stepping into more of that Goddess/bish energy thanks to your teachings 💕

It was also a health issue (my eyes twitching for 3 days straight) that was the final straw for me. This is the way God intended you to become all along 100% Authentic in all aspects of life. Being honest or talking in a blunt fashion has nothing to do with being a bitch. Every child comes into this world perfect in every way until it takes on the pain and egos of other humans as their own. Always speak your mind it's a sign of strength not weakness. People pleasing is a sign of pure codependent weakness because you have the inability to form your own opinion. people pleasers typically are the baits of narcissists because they want a Yes Man with no opinion that is unwilling to rock the boat because they subconsciously fear any sort of confrontation. confrontation is actually a good thing because it resolves issues versus sweeping them under the rug like a codependent people pleaser would do.. I'm proud of you for overcoming this good luck my friend I love your energy.

They resent her for doing what they're not allowed to do or what they don't give themselves permission to do/be. For example in my community girls who are brought up being very restricted and controlled by their parents in every way were very resentful toward girls who were raised by chill parents who didn't police their every move. So they shamed those girls in an attempt to make themselves feel better.

@@reccyre Yeah, I get it. I can relate to being overly controlled by a parent, but I never turned toxic towards others like that. There was one point when I did feel a bit envious of healthy people who are supported, but that went away pretty quickly. Mainly I just view them as an example of how I want to be more like, rather than going the toxic route of trying to make them feel bad or something like this.
