ADHD causes specific deficits in executive function, and these can cause a myriad of symptoms including emotional and behavioural instability, reduced working memory, and as well as this, time agnosia (better known as time blindness). In this video I go through five symptoms that I experience at University that are related to time blindness, and talk about an important concept called waiting mode anxiety.
