My wife used to wake me up because I had stopped breathing. Of course I snored horribly too. My brother had a CPAP machine he didn't use any more and he sent it to me. I believe he saved my life. I now visit a sleep doctor and enjoy a sound sleep. My wife is happy too...

I've been a couple of months on CPAP. My AHI's are .5 or lower. I have no issues with the therapy and wear the mask for 8+ hours a night. I started getting migraines at 10 years old. I don't get them very often anymore, but I did get really bad headaches when getting used to CPAP, especially on higher pressures. But this magical 'more energy' that everyone promised me, is still illusive. I'm still buggared all day long. I still need a sleep aid in order to get to sleep and I still wake with a headache every single day and need OTC pain meds every single morning. I check my charts every morning they all look great. I'm at a loss. But won't stop CPAP cause I do believe it makes some kind of difference and I love looking at the data (pronounced darter). 🤣

It has helped my tinnitus. Since I started cpap therapy, I get long periods with no tinnitus. It has not gone away completely however.

Only 46 times an hour? Wow. I was pretty nonchalant when being told I stopped breathing an average of 96 times an hour during my sleep study. I was a little worried when the doc asked if I was alone at the appointment, but that was all.

Been using CPAP since June 1st, so about 7 weeks now, and I feel so much better! Was getting 76 events per hour on my initial sleep test.... the therapist said it was the worst she'd even seen. Now usually 0.5 per hour each night or less! I'm still not getting as much deep sleep as I'd like, and still only actually sleep about 6 hours on average.... but I feel more rested and only get up to pee maybe once each night instead of 2 or 3 times. The therapist told me that for people like me who've gotten used to poor sleep over many years, it actually takes a few months to adjust and sleep longer. That's fine, I'll keep wearing it and training my body to like going to sleep 😴😴😴

I have a question: my AirSense 11 came without a card, paid for by Medicaid (California). If I install a card to use HQ, will that info also be seen by my compliance team? I have not downloaded the My Air App onscreen, yet they have data on my compliance.
