For example, if you had a drink that is 10°C, and the drink warmer maintains a temp of 25°C, then that would enable the 10°C drink to warm to at least 25°C. If this wasn't the case, then how would the drink warmer be able to maintain the temp of the 25°C drink? I hope this is easy to understand.

Those drink warmers have fine print in the directions... They only work with mugs with an unglazed bottom. It's the same reason a crockpot insert has an unglazed bottom. The glaze on porcelain and ceramic insulates the drink inside slowing the transfer of heat, which also means it doesn't let heat from outside in easily. You need to buy one that has the mug already with it, and you have to remember that because it is unglazed, you have to hand wash the mug and not submerge it.

I doubt the heated cookie was supposed to be used with a paper bag. Paper doesn't really conduct heat well, and the bottom usually doesn't touch the table much. Also, it was probably more for keeping the drink warm than heating up something that was already cold.

The Burrito Blanket came to me as a Christmas gift but with no information. Just a the tan with splotchy light to dark brown random spots. My first thought was it was the result of a murder scene. I was horrified. It also did not have any name or point of origin so all I could do was sit and wonder why someone sent me a blanket version of a body bag.
