For the ravioli: - your pasta wasn’t thin enough -your filling wasn’t even so you had ones that were almost empty -flour the ice thing instead of oil -don’t freeze -dust raviolis with flour before putting in water -cook for 3 min Relax raviolis in fridge for 30min before cooking PS have made fresh pasta tons of times and have made raviolis with this guideline and it works

Actually; When you freeze tea or coffee and put it in your drink, when it melts it won't taste watered down, unlike ice; when it melts, it makes your drink taste off or not good as it was. Which is actually a useful hack; cause where I live, we always do this 🤣🤣

The coffee and tea hack works great for left overs to achieve stronger flavor in iced drinks. The frozen cubes work great in smoothies for extra flavor instead of using plain ice.

italian opinion about the first hack: no, we don't have ready-fresh-pasta at markets, we make it at home! anyway, the air bubbles were there because the pasta needed to be thinner, like 2 millimeters. a monster-can definitely can't make pasta this thin. Blossom is right, the purpose of the ice and tea cubes are to not dilute your drink. When regular ice cubes made of water melt, it dilutes your drink. Personally I think it works

You can take the frozen coffee and blend it in a blender with your sugar and cream and make a frappe.
