Look at the addresses on the packages. i know when i use to buy lost mail most times the address didn't make sense so it was understandable why they didn't get delivered. Quite often it was an email address and not a street mailing address or it was labeled green house on corner of abc street or apartment building in the middle of the block 123 rd. or they are stamped like no such address, empty lot or it will be missing the town and zip code completely. it is like people were never trained in school how to write a proper mailing address or i suppose when they buy something online and when they ask for their address they mind space it and put their email address and not street mailing address on it. .
