For faded trim use either Solution Finish which is actually a dye or Cerakote ceramic trim coating. Both are great long term fixes.

Yes 100% agree, it makes the trim look almost brand new for WAAAAAY less time and money. Heck even Amazon ceramic coatings can do a decent job. (Just check the reviews and description before applying to trim, and even then test it on a personal car first)

@muskokamike1273 жыл бұрын
I would say no, unless you have deep pockets and want to take a gamble. IF you do, only buy one at a place you can see the vehicle AND test drive/start it. TOO many people have been ripped off by cough copart cough doctoring up the vehicles, hiding damage, making false claims etc. Cleetus went to look at a ....Grand Cherokee? (I think) that he was going to bid on and copart had wired the fender in place, taped over damage, wired the hood in place, took a photo that hid the big crease in the hood etc etc etc I think they even stuck a block of wood in the suspension so it would sit right (or maybe that was another vehicle). I wouldn't trust copart as far as you could throw one of their forklifts. Craig here has shown some horror stories with auction vehicles (see his Audi R8, they hid $15,000 worth of issues).

But Interior wise could of been done better, lots of seat staining, but I understand, you're already into it for so much you can only put in so much. So incredible interior and decent exterior OR incredible exterior and decent interior. I'd of done the same thing myself. Alright 7:45 into this thing and have to say the 07 Rubicon you have your work cut out for you. Man this one was "rode hard and put away wet" can't wait to the end to see how you make out! Takeoff wheels and tires are everywhere here in Canada and once the owners realize the actual value of them (dirt cheap because they are everywhere) they are a great cheap upgrade. I never buy new tires for my wife's Jeep just replace the whole set at 1/3 of what tires alone would cost.
