I have her sister.. Same bike but in 9 out 10 original condition. I picked it up in 1986 and paid near what the seller paid for it new. ($230) It came with the Title, original key tag and battery. I have restored many of these. I was fortunate to have a brother who worked for Honda and was able to get parts. Thankfully, there are some decent reproduction parts available. My stable is up to more than a dozen Z50’s (K0, K1 and K2’s) and first generation ct70’s. I still have enough parts to build a couple of more. I can say it’s been an obsession since the first time I laid my eyes on one back in 1971. I was 12 years old and swore that when I could, I would buy every single one that I possibly afford.

Thanks. I think I'm going to get it running first and maybe in a few years do a total teardown and restoration.

Got the exact same bike for my birthday when I was 12. First motorized machine I ever rode. Was heartbroken when the garage got broken into and we lost a bunch of Dad's tools and my bike. If it has the frame number 186341 It's mine.

Bummer yours was stolen. I am given to understand that I got mine from the original owner. It is the same kind of motorized machine that I ever rode as well.

I personally would fix what is broken and clean it up. once you turn it into a pickle it can never be a cucumber again

I agree. I'm going to ride it as a survivor.

$400 is what they cost in 1969 or close to it. I had a red one just like it. Lights on it without battery.
