LCI (Life Cycle Impulse) is BMW's own word for facelift. It always happens mid life cycle for the model. For the 6 series it was in 2007. By the way the 635d is always a LCI, because the diesel was only introduced with the LCI ;-)

Just come to the channel after the AutoAlex boys talked about Matt's passing away. I own and love my own E63 6-Series and am always excited to find another fan of the model. Condolences to Matt's family, to see Alex get very emotional is a rare thing indeed so says a lot about the kind of guy Matt was.
