tinting is such a big learning curve for many car enthusiasts , tinting DOES require a heat source like a heat gun or your miss's hair dryer if your cheap , its worth redoing them with either one of them and the difference is night and day !! , tinted my old micras headlights orange , heat gun helped so much !!! hope this helps dude

the shocking is that this model 635d its 400kg lighter than 640d gc..so this woth 360hp will run same times as a stage 2 640d

The vinyl tint or wraps you need to use a heat gun with it.

Picked up a 2010 635d with 65k it's a super machine to drive

Great cars! I've got the 645Ci. Absolutely love it the 4.4 is absolutely amazing! But you definitely don't wanna fuel it 🤣

I also have one of these 635d 2010, found it with just 36K Miles on the clock, still as new, spent some money doing preventative stuff, xHP Gearbox Tune, Intercooler upgrade etc. I get about 42mpg out of it, car is stunning, its the 3rd one i've had. replaced headunit with XTrons to get Apple Car Play, did Glowplugs, Gearbox oil and Mechatronic Seals, also rear Diff Fluid. Painted the Brake Calipers in Mclaren Orange, SS Brake Lines etc. Car is fully spec'd out too, self closing doors even. Its super fast, comfortable and economical too, build quality is top notch.

Nearly went for one of these...picking up a 2015 640D instead on Saturday. Better economy and more power. Love the shape.

I had an e92 335d for 5 years. dpr off, intercooler etc with a custom tune. Its an amazing engine, and you need to get the xhp stage 3 for the trans, its night and day! I now have a E89 35i but think im gonna get a 635d instead

LCI (Life Cycle Impulse) is BMW's own word for facelift. It always happens mid life cycle for the model. For the 6 series it was in 2007. By the way the 635d is always a LCI, because the diesel was only introduced with the LCI ;-)

If you get a 635d, high miles , have injectors tested if any smoke even with dpf on. They ain't cheap to replace but cheaper than a spun bearing and engine rebuild! Can cause oil dilution if fuel leaks into sump from leaky injectors. If your oil level goes up.red flag. Dpf will clog too and will still inject diesel which....leaks into sump, more dilution...REGULAR oil changes (do not ignore oil leaks ,you risk bearing spinning )and clean that dpf of ash..change thermostats...and you'll enjoy a lovely car! M57 is a lot more "indestructible" if you keep an eye on these!

Mine has more mileage. The odometer stopped working at 238,000 in 2010. I'm sure it's got 60k since then. 1986 944 base.
