for new captains.. when entering the inlet @ 4:55 always stay on the wave in front of you and never go so slow that the wave catches up from behind... always a recipe for disaster.

Im looking to get one of these. Besides that incident with the hub have you been happy with the boat and its performance? Looking for something to spend the night on over weekends and go to the Bahamas with. Would appreciate any feedback you have on the boat . How is the draft on this would you be able to get into 2' of water with the engine trimmed up and what about top end and cruising speed? Thanks and hopefully you and your family got to enjoy the boat
