I Bought a Burger Trailer!

My mate! Proud of your journey so far, just wanted to give you a word of wisdom as a former food truck owner (now store) add some aluminum foil on the frier sides, they will get horrible with burnt grease which is particularly annoying and heavy to wash out specially on a trailer, the foil will let you just rip it off and they will be clean as new and you will only need to do a soft basic washing on the inside alone, 100% worth the small investment and looking at the size of that frier, 4 pounds a roll will get you prolly 5 to 6 changes which is fair, if you like, you can try it without first so you can experience the nightmare of burnt frier grease. Yellow pulls the attention without raising alarms like a red perhaps - there's a reason Mcdonalds is the golden arches / companies use yellow on packaging to pull the persons eye. Also yellow kinda seems like a nice burger color - it just fits.
