I put a cheap knock off on mine too. Sounds great and I am happy with it. I just put some Michelin Road 5 tires on it today. It is sticking better in the curves. It's smoother too. I changed out both the front and the rear. There was still some tread left on the front but I wanted to have both tires of the same type. I kept the front OEM tyre just incase I need it later on.

@ElementFreedive tank pads from Amazon. I'll try and find the link. The breakin period took me like 2 weeks lol. I did go above 5k, but kept under 8k

Have you noticed any discoloration of the exhaust in the 1 month you've had it on or has it remained fairly the same color

@Xpec01 fairly the same colour, the exhaust doesn't get as hot like the stock muffler as it's fairly open and let's the heat out better. The pipe however has changed colour slightly. Now has tones of caramel as it's steel

@@Motobitess That's pretty good then, I've seen other zx4rr owners have this ebay exhaust that's like a knockoff of the austin racing exhaust and it changes color drastically to an orange so that was a concern I had with this one. Looks good though!

..I noticed you used NO rubber gloves or some kind of gloves to keep from getting the oils from your fingers getting on the metal. When you turn the bike on, the heat will permanently put marks on the pipe 🤔

Great suggestion, yes I should have used gloves. However, I did not run the bike for too long for the pipes to heat up. I did wipe down the exhaust and pipe with alcohol before going for a ride to make sure I don't burn any fingerprints in. But gloves definitely advised.
