It’s a phase 2 model only things to look out for is air bag light comes on if you keep moving front seats due to plugs passengers side window goes after awhile and exhaust goes in middle box not cheap to replace that’s why I got rid of mine

Very beautiful car in terms of exterior but the interior does not look too fancy. However, I would like to get a renault megan RS. Is it possible to get one for 2000 pounds? I do like the twin exhaust in the back. You reviwed the car in a really proper way. How is fuel consumption of this renault sport?

I had one of these a few years ago. Handle well, loads of kit and plenty of go and plenty of scope for mods. Got my eye on a 250 RS though. Enjoy pretty lady!

Yeh I just wanted something cheap but fun, excited to see what I can do!

@@CaitPlatt Celtic tuning, ktec and kamracing and cooksport amongst others do so much for these cars it's unreal! Without messing around adding a return line for the fuel system and a swirl pot is I think (but not 100% sure, I'd have to dig around again) is around the 280 mark but I think an uprated pump was recommended. Even at stock power levels these little beasts pull hard though! I miss you, HT06DLD!

Your definitely going down the right route, by not renting and calling the car yours, car ownership is a personal thing, so many tubers taking finance out on their cars and they don’t even own them, good on yer.

Good luck with it. My experience was the worse car I’ve ever owned. In the 4 months I had mine, it cost me £100’s a month in repairs and let me down a number of times. Could not get rid of it quick enough. Hopefully you’ll have better luck with yours

@@surgedidit had issues with the keys both starting the car and locking it, front brakes rebuilt, new wishbones (which are only available from Renault) a number of issues with trim and switches. And the engine with drop into limp home mode a number of times and never able to find the fix for it. In 4 months of ownership it spent a month off the road with fixing the issues

Hi hope you and family are doing well. My god a Renault megane😂 I hope you have plenty money to keep on top of it and know a good man that knows them so any job done isn’t done wrong. These performance renaults are good when going well from new. But very not garage friendly and most will stay away from them until there learned the terminology of how they have been built for dealer repairs only. However I’ve relised the dealers don’t know any better lol. If yous need any help on these just ask lol

ThatFezGal X am a motorbike mechanic car is just a bit bigger I did one wish bone on my focus the drivers side was near my air con pipe so said sod that one and took my car in to get them to do it as did not want to brake the pipe 😂

Best car i ever owned mega future classic esp 3 door. Hk07 OSX mot expired 9th July 2021, what happened? These cars better than Lotus Esprits far fewer left due to scrappage schemes. Last time i checked a Peugeout 206 gti fetched record €69,000 in France these much better only 179 of these " track weapons" left. Many been tracked. Absolutely brill car, see princess diana ford series 2 fetching £722,500 at auction+ cosworth sierra fetching 600k at auction recently. These better rarer, far few left due to scrappage scenes than Renault 5 turbos.

I mean this in the nicest possible way but isn’t the world full of stage 4575332466005043 remaps and simple stuff like that it’s great that you’ve made a KZbin Chanel on stuff that caters for things like that and it’s nice to see people actively getting involved in stuff like this, but at the end of the day your just running another car into the ground, why not build something decent up over time instead of just finding a car that’s at the end of its life and thrashing it into the ground? Would be nice to see rust repairs and actually fixing cars instead of just thrashing them and when they need a few quid spending that gets sent to the scrap yard? Just my opinion but fair play your having fun with cars and I suppose that’s the main reason for doing this stuff.
