one thing I wish I had on my motorcycle dyno is a brake system to slow down the drum, I tune a lot of 2-strokes, using the bikes rear brake to slow down the drum sucks!

its funny you posted this yesterday I was legit watching the setup of Yourdyno on your car dyno, I picked up a older machine cheap in an auction and planned to do the same as you make it portable for shows and what not and use Yourdyno to control it I have my DynoJet 250i in the shop so I can compare off that to make sure its reading correct just wondering what you are using to stop the roller after the run or when loading and unloading the bike

Very cool that you can 'safely' run and tune bikes now👍 Just sharing some FYIs. The original DJs do only have 1 tooth on the axle but the Dynoware Hardware (which I upgraded to) has 16 teeth and the diameter of the reluctor wheel is such that the 16 teeth are relatively close together = extremely good/smooth resolution now vs what it was with 1-tooth. Your Dynomite drum is lot wider than the DJ but the diameter is noticeably smaller so I'm sure it's a good bit lighter than the DJ 250i drum (also saying that because I can tell it's quite a bit lighter by how quick/easy yours spins up with the mini bikes and E Scooter you ran on it). My 250i is in a relatively small trailer so I'm adding, don't be surprised if you end up needing to securely mount whatever computer stand you get (when running heavier, high powered bikes) because your dyno is going to move/rock back and forth some when you chop the throttle at the end of high powered (and or big, heavy wheels) pulls...

You maybe can weld a nut on the wheel chock shaft instead of the handle and use a battery powered impact to move it.

Just watched your video. I'm in a similar boat to you. I bought an old beat up Dyno that I'm looking to restore. After alot of research I purchased the Software from Yourdyno, I think their stuff and support is the best out there. I'm looking to relocate from CA to NC. I saw in your video you had some issues with your shipping company? Would you recommend the other company and if so, who was it? Regards Andrew
