I love your Duck enthusiasm but can I give you warning about 2 things... 1 the more ducks the more poop on your nice property. 2 ducks eat fish. Your precious outdoor salt water pond may end up empty unless ypu put a cover over it. Just saying 💙💚💙

Yep, the duck will rely on being fed and it won't take it long to work out that there is a small shallow pond next to the pool. If its hungry he's not there, it will literally go duck diving!! Being shallow, that duck could quite easily pick up the stuff off the bottom or rocks and could clean out the mini pond in one go!! Also it could invite its friends or others will see and turn up expecting free food as well. Yes, duck poo over everything can be hard to clean off, not only that but it can also spread many germs or diseases. Best thing to do is NOT feed it. As soon as I saw it go in the pool, I thought, there goes the mini pond! Then Chris encourages it even more!! SMH!!

Zebra moray is my favorite moray eel, I've had mine for about two years. Their main feed is shrimps, molluscs and other invertebrate, so it probably leaves your fishes alone; mine does. Good luck with him and congratulations!

That second "duck" looks like some form of grebe. They are big time fish and crustacean eaters. I know them growing up in Minnesota on a lake. They will rip your pond apart. Not sure what kind of duck Daffy is because I cannot get a good look at the feet or bill. I am leaning towards mallard, but they have mainly yellow and sometimes yellow with splotches. Make sure you take steps to cover the pond from predators. Great video

Just be VERY careful because if you get ducks too friendly and as she's already swimming in your pool, she'll be in the mini pond next and as its very shallow, she could go duck diving for some food. Be very careful as I'd hate for you to lose any of those beautiful fish, she could clean it out in one day when you're not home if she's hungry and expecting a feed! If she starts bringing her friends, you could have a problem that when your fishing off your dock, she or they would want feeding and not only poo everywhere but also eat all your chum or bait. Also, name the eel Marty like the zebra from Madagascar!! Perfect name!!

You should have a tank big enough to seperate and be a quarantine tank as well as a hospital tank with all the big fish you've been acquiring but aside from that one much bigger space for fish would be better,because they would start to all out grow otherwise,and a big space will allow them to live better even if the don't grow huge.

Get a small bag of duck pellets or bird grain for the duck, it will love it and will be healthier for it long run. I highly suggest go longer and taller with the windows under the window too. It will look great with the window light behind it. and Thank you for a fun video.

You could even get the duck a little dog house for shelter or shade. I would definitely get some duck food, you could get a water tight container and keep it on your patio and maybe use the dog food or bread as a treat to teach her to hand feed. The eel is beautiful! What about Voodoo for a name since he is kind of spooky looking and definitely crazy.

You do realise that the pool it was swimming in is right next to the mini pond? You feed ducks, they rely on being fed. It won't take very long til it works out there is a lovely little pond to swim in and its even filled with food!! Being shallow, that duck can easily duck dive and reach the bottom and clean out everything in one go!! As for putting a cover over the pond, it defeats the purpose of why he put it there, to sit around and watch. Plus not to mention the amount of disgusting duck poo that it will put everywhere and it will only invite its friends along. Yes it may be cute, but feeding them is the worst thing you could ever do

@@AmandaMitting Easy love. My mom hand fed wild ducks, my family raised ducks from eggs and of course had a private pond with expensive fresh water fish in it. The pond wasn't deep. As a child it was knee deep and I was a bitty thing. If the ducks are well fed and cared for they won't eat the fish. They would rather eat the yummy water fowl food and there are other ways to keep the ducks and birds out of areas like ponds than covers ;) usually something shiny around the area works.

Nothing like stressing the living shit out of the eel before acclimating it. Keep in mind that this fish is already getting stressed out by getting netted/bagged at the fish store. It’s put in a paper bag so it’s pretty much blacked out then he’s under direct sunlight/jumping out of the bucket/trying to swim on concrete. Just something to think about. Most experienced reefers quarantine fish before adding them to the main display. Like I said. Just something to think about. Love the content. Love the videos. The duck STAYS.
