Time is running short. Believe and confess to Jesus and stop putting him aside before it is too late. Jesus is the only way to heaven. Not by works or by going to Church every Sunday (not saying stop attending) John 14:6 “Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” Romans 10:9-10 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.” Spread the word God bless :)

What's more the whole concept of "mid range" don't really exists, it simply a term reviewers made up to talk about the card in the middle. Which the 3080 certainly isn't, given it's status as the flagship gpu..

Pre-builts are so fun, especially the older Ivy Bridge and Haswell ones. I got an older HP ProDesk with an i5-4570 in it for $80 a couple weeks back. Talk about architectures that have aged well - holy smokes. Pop a GT1030 in it, and you've got a rig that will play so many great games from about 2010 and earlier as well as some newer stuff that happens to be well-optimized or is just build to run on potatoes (like DOTA, LOL, Eve, Fortnite, etc). I sent it to a buddy so he could get back in to it, and it's humming along like a champ. If you're using a PC to complement a console, then there's really no reason to go big unless you're doing content creation.

Have a non-gaming Acer from 2017. When I added a video card had no issues replacing the stock power supply with a Corsair one. I wonder if there has ever been any market research done on the percentage of PC gamers who build their own systems versus prebuilts. I'm willing to bet that those who build their own are a vocal minority and the majority of PC gamers actually buy prebuilts, especially if you factor in laptops.

This is a 12VO PSU. If you want to replace it with an adapted/custom 'normal' ATX PSU, it's very important you get a high-quality unit. Standard ATX PSU's are not meant to only provide 12V, so if they do their voltage stability and efficiency can suffer quite a lot.

You should be able to find an adapter for the power connector on eBay for that motherboard for a relatively low price. That LiteOn PSU looks ATX-sized so I'm sure you could upgrade it with, say, a Corsair CV-series PSU (which are on the smaller side and usually 80+ Bronze but available in higher wattages - my own PC has a CV650 in it) and an adapter for not huge investment. Older Dells have proprietary power supplies which are unconventionally shaped so, often, they're impossible to change out (particularly so on SFF and USFF builds), which makes upgrading difficult.

That's a nice little system; I have noticed that prices for everything are higher than normal now... reason they go with custom mainboard is simple. Most motherboard come with video outputs and if they ship it with CPU without GPU even with big stickers saying connect your monitor here many people would just connect to mainboard connectors, see there is no picture and just return PC and ask for refund. Also this way they can use 12V only PSU and save few bucks there (and make smaller PSUs on mainboard with cheapest parts available probably :))

This was £1000 new and it only got you 8GB RAM? That is kind of shameful to be honest, I'd expect at least 2x8GB

what is standart of that PSU? I would like to add better GPU and better PSU(like 650W), but it is not event ATX12VO - there is just 6pin connector to motherboard (except of 4 + 4 pin for CPU)

Hey i was wondering if you would try and do a case swap on this computer, it would really help me and probably many others.

For the price of that Acer Nitro 50 here in my country, I can get a more powerful custom-built system. Surprisingly all the Acer Nitros I found weren't refurbished, but brand new units.
