I test rode a 2013 CBR 1000 rr with a full Toce exhaust. It sounded VIOLENT. Wouldn't have been good for every day I think. But that bike rode like a dream. Love those CBR's. But I ride a 2006 R6s haha. Love that bike even more.

Wow you still read the comments. That was me who said the whole keys thing. It might not be true everywhere but in north jersey if you leave your keys in the ignition (maybe not always, I’ve only seen it happen once) an insurance company can squirm their greedy hands out of paying up. It might not be the rule but it happened to my closed friend in the world. He used to leave his keys on his tire when we skated and someone we don’t know saw him leave his keys and stole his car. When he was explaining to his insurance company what happened they told him there was nothing they would do since it was he who left his keys in his car. Now I don’t know if they just screwed a dumb kid into thinking there was nothing they could do or if it was a real line in their insurance agreement but it happened. And there’s my book for the day. That was a lot.

@@glock1inthetop45 I drive everday, though it is on a 125cc moped and average 60kph-70kph. Amost all of the roads here are winding roads, anything above 200cc basically becomes a liability when you don't have the appropriate skill. Driving around 100kph or closely to 60mph is a death sentence when considering car drivers that cut corners. Add weight to the equation then commuting becomes a chore, but for experienced drivers, I'm sure they can do it.

For insurance reasons... probably not a good idea to say you leave the keys in your bike all the time. You don't want to have a claim denied because they suspect you left the keys in it.

I’ve called and asked them 99 questions including me leaving the key and what happens if I crash my bike while intoxicated. Their job is to provide coverage as long as you pay for the premium

@@adobomoto I grew up in Federal Way / Auburn. I lived in a NICE neighborhood and had packages, a pressure washer, bike and a car stolen out of my driveway. I decided I had enough of that in 2019 and moved to Utah. We have some of the best places to ride when the weather is decent. But we're pretty much out of commission 3-4 months out of the year. :)
