As someone who hopped on the trend when the Brumate Era first came out: I'm honestly in love with it. I've owned my 40oz for months now and it's still just as leakproof and easy to clean. (It may have replaced my Simple Modern one for those very reasons 😅) Highly recommend keeping it around even if it's just for traveling. It's also great at preventing toddlers from taking a sip of my drink (tea/coffee) when it's on the table as the seal prevents any of the drink from coming through if it's not set to sip.

I use a silicone muffin tin and make 12 egg bites at a time, I have found that the addition of cottage cheese and j mix in my Vitamix . I crisp up bacon then onions and peppers which I put in the bottom of the muffin cups , then add greater cheese and fill with the egg/cottage cheese/milk or cream . I do this on Sundays and have them for the week or freeze . I bake on a cookie sheet at 375 until they are done , they rise up and then fall back after cooled. The addition you can add are endless .

I do the same, but put some cooked hash browns too, like a nest. You can either crack an egg into each cup or scramble up 9 and add in a touch of cream and cheese. When I warm them in the microwave, I do it on lower power, like 6 or 7.

About Paperlike, as someone who draws a bunch on my iPad, paperlike is amazing! It gives just enough friction to make a huge difference. You can get those fine details better. Those waffle cone bites are hilarious to me. I'm Belgian and we have a popular ice cream called Cornetto, it's a waffle cone with this bit of chocolate in the bottom to prevent leaks while you eat it. People tend to really like that last bite of cone + chocolate so it's super funny to see it sold as a snack like that. My friend sold them in her pop up shop a few months ago and the cornetto butts just flew off the shelves.

For the Ramen. Drain nearly all the water put back on low heat with a dash of cream (or more to taste) put in flavour and heat through. Add grated cheese. Enoki mushrooms are also good but add them with a minute or so to go in the noodles.

Large batch semi sous vide, put a large tray with water in the oven almost full and heat to 400 with water inside. Fills muffin tin with your egg mixture. Put muffin tray on top of the water tray so that the tins sit in the water and cook approx 25 minutes

You're describing Bain marie cooking technique, not sous vide. Sous vide is vacuum sealed so the food sits fully surrounded by circulating water that's held to a specific temperature. Sous vide food cannot be overcooked. Bain marie cooking helps regulate the temperature of custards so the outer layer doesn't overcook while the center remains undercooked. In a Bain marie, you still can overcook the food. ovens cycle the heating elements, first heating to above the desired temperature, shutting off to drop the temperature down to the desired temperature. Bain marie cooking is a great technique, but it shouldn't be confused with Sous vide cooking technique. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

I remember when u did the Stanley water bottle and the others temp checks. I bought the Target simple modern bottle in taupe after that video and I love it so much. I live in hot ass Las Vegas and I left mine in my car while I was moving and it was 115 degrees Fahrenheit outside so it was probably at least 150 degrees in my car alone and that thing stayed cold with ice all day. I love them for my iced tea. It stays very cold. The one I use for water on my nightstand still has ice in it in the morning. My work one still has ice in it at the end of a 12 hour day. I have a similar product on my iPad. While it doesn’t feel like paper when you are writing, it feels better than the slick surface of the screen. The main reason I wanted it is because it is also anti-glare which I love. I just stumbled upon your channel the other day and I love it! I’ve been binge watching. I LOVE my Owala bottles. They have an easy open button with a straw so no hassle to drink, and they hook snaps over the opening so nothing spills. I literally throw full bottles of water in my backpack with my laptop and I’m never worried. Plus, they’re insulated and keep drinks cold for a long time. Idk the science behind it but I’ve read that putting carbonated beverages in the brumate will make it leak. I’m drinking out my 40 oz Era (same cup) full of water and I’m shaking it like crazy with ZERO drops. Maybe try with just water and get back to us! I've been using the paperlike product for a long time and... I'm not sure that it's really about making writing feel better on your ipad... but it definitely is helpful if you're using your ipad to do illustrations. the extra grip provided by paperlike helps me make more accurate and intentional line work and saves my pencil from slipping across the screen. I have a paper like screen protector, and I love it. I couldn't draw on my iPad without it. A fair test is to apply it properly and use your pencil on it (while charged). Because it is a different feel when you draw on it when it's applied vs just putting it over the iPad. They're also pretty affordable (at least the brand I use). I love your videos and you're a lot of fun. I just think if you're gonna test a product, test it correctly lol. You're always honest and positive though. Very wonderful. ❤

My Brewmate is 100% leakproof. You have to just make sure it’s completely locked, it took me a while to get used to but you have to kind of push it past the point you’d think you need to, to lock it. I’ve never had an issue even if I tip it upside down & shake it like you guys did. I love it, I have one for my coffee too without a straw that completely leakproof as well. I use them both every single day.

I made egg bites with a recipe from Pinterest in a silicone tin. That recipe called for cottage cheese. Maybe adding that and some more egg would result in a better texture. It probably dried out cause it wasn't full enough 😊

For the Brumate carbonated drinks need ice in the cup to be 100% leak proof. It has to do with the surface tension of the liquid and stuff.
