When I was 3-5 years old I remember playing on my older brother's blue DSi whenever he did other stuff instead. I was OBSESSED with playing New Super Mario Bros. The sticker on my brothers copy was kind of damaged but the game itself worked perfectly fine. Nostalgia hits so hard, man.

The Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DSi XL can also play WAV files via Nintendo DSi sound so you can listen to your own music on the go. The systems in the Nintendo 3DS family can even play MP3 files via Nintendo 3DS sound. I know very few people who used these features, i still use it sometimes, you can also add some silly Nintendo ish effects to your music like an 8-bit effect and some silly sound effects and stuff like that.

Ah the Nintendo DS from 2004. I got this version in the year 2010 or 2011. This version was actually really good, until I had to give it to my younger sister. Later I recognised that something from the hinge came off, so I had to use the Nintendo DS from 2004 carefully. But one week later I had to give it to my younger sister again and she broke it. My father told me that he would buy me a new one (because of private reasons he couldn't buy me a new one). Finally after two years my mom finally bought me the recently released Nintendo 3DS XL in red.

@@WMB213 yeah i’ve seen it! i really hope they’ll use that concept for their next console and that they’ll announce it this year (probably march) I agree that it’ll probably be harder to utilize it for games that have been developed for only one screen but first party devs and devs that have close ties with Nintendo would probably use the second screen. And they can do some really interesting things with a detachable screen like using the top- screen as a dockeble device while using the bottom screen as a gamepad like on the Nintendo Wii U.

You forgot the DSi LL (XL) classroom Edition. It has a few differences from the normal DSi LL (XL). For example it doesn't have an SD card slot but it has a few exclusive programs and its own version of the DSi shop.

Sure, nobody remembers the 2DS XL's existence, why not forget to include it! Why does my 2DS which I've had since I was 4 or 5 still work, although the battery did spice up and need replacement due to heavy Pokémon Art Academing, and the bottom screen is very scratched. Although I really wish it was a 3DS or a New 3DS so I could know for sure what is in the foreground and what is in the background when I play Mario Kart 7 or Mario 3D Land.
