I Bought the Cheapest V8 Mercedes CLK 500 in the Country (Story Time) almost a year after owning the clk, i finally get around to telling the story of when i bought the car. hopefully its not too yawn material. lol

just picked one up for $1,500 04 w209 coupe clk500 runs great just a small dent you can berley see and had a water leak (behind the left bank head, fixed it up in a day all good. great cars great solid engines

@@WheelsandDonuts Seriously? I just bought a 2006 CLK 500 with 79,000 miles for $6,700 and it’s practically brand new! Retail blue book is almost $9,000 and wholesale book - without the $1,000 add for low miles - is $5,891. And this car does not disappoint, in green black metallic with some Bremmer Kraft 18” wheels and upgraded Bridgestone summer performance tires (225/40 front & 255/35 rear)

Mate these are like £1500 in the UK. Still bulletproof though. Though cheap, I think that's cos it's not cheap to run and the Insurance is very high. It's pretty much a classic now. I'm holding on to mine for sure.

I traded mine in, got $10,000 for it, and now 12 months later they are going for over $20,000 here its crazy.

I bought the cheapest CLK500 2007 5.5l 388hp for 20K with just 88K on it from an old lady who quote just wanted the top of the range model at the time. Its now slammed with Simmons FRC 19inch in matte black on PS4s from TEMPE TYRES and Resonator Delete. German Muscle in Sydney

Traded it in for a 350z which I ran a massive Turbo Kit on, then Bought a V8 SS, then had a JK Wrangler, then a V8 Discovery, then an FJ Cruiser 😂 NOW I have a 80 Series Landcruiser. Also a Chevy/Holden Cruze and a handful of Motorbikes. 😂 Oh and I had a Kia Optima, I think I have a problem lol.

@@elliotnutter1190 thanks mate, yeah I definitely didn’t want to go overboard with it, the dealership that bought it sells Rolls Royces and Bentleys, i was really surprised how much they offered me. I loved that car, I’m working on a 350z now, have gone full JDM but searching for an older Merc as a daily. Like a 99 model CLK 320 or something like it. 😊
