I had a similar issue with a non scale Nezuko I got, there is so much dead space and since its non scale I typically have the box folded down and the blister pack stacked in a way that saves more space. Huge boxes like this are such a pain

In Canada right now our only shipping option from Ami Ami is DHL. There's no surface, air mail or EMS to Canada at all T_T

With shipping at such exorbitant prices, I would definitely recommend looking at domestic shops, especially ones that offer free shipping on figures as the prices are now becoming pretty competitive. The only other trade-off are the delays when receiving products, but that's personal preference as well. I've been shopping at BLYN Toys and they offer discounts on pre-orders and free shipping on all products, so it's been a huge plus for me!

I paid for them last year at Ninningame with vat/tax included DPD/DHL shipping and I am lucky european, I think. They ware shipped right away after domestic release without added costs. Unfortunately they're still in the box and I am hoping in one (two xp) pieces and intact. Love them, though not seeing them yet.

I felt like both figures could be placed back-to-back facing outwards (left and right) and have the view windows be on the sides rather front. They probably went with this presentation due to better aesthetics. Nevertheless, I say the shipping is well worth it. Rather than putting it as 160, i might personally quantify it as 80 each figure. And for dhl, that ain’t half bad considering ems is already at least 40-50 at twice-thrice the shipping time.

Oddly enough. I don't think there would of been anyway to really optimize the actual figure box at all. If you were to stack them on top in their own blisters it would of been taller, and if you went side by side it would of been a lot longer.
