Only came across this guy recently. Love his videos. He's very open, very knowledgeable and backs it up big time! You have people on youtube saying they've done this and made this much money, and we should do this to make the same amount of money bull, but show nothing to back up their claims. James puts it all out there, doesn't boast and seems like a very down to earth man. I'm shocked at the low amount of subscribers he has compared to people that don't even come close to him!

Hi James. Your high energy, relentless work ethic and 100 mph brain and speech is very familiar to me. I strongly suggest you get your thyroid checked ASAP for hyperthyroidism aka Graves Disease. I worked long days and late nights for years, successfully, until i crashed and burnt out and found out my personality and "hyper active" behavior was due to a massive hormone in balance which eventually led to a heart attack and me having an emergency quintuple heart by pass. I was lucky, but my GP saw my 4 times when I was very ill and said it was a virus.It was nt. it was a runaway, over active thyroid gland which very nearly killed me. Get you TSH and T3 levels checked just in case.

I wonder when making his own power becomes part of his Jigsaw puzzle. Isolating yourself from fluctuating fuel/power prices would seem to make sense. His businesses in more industrial buildings seem to have a lit of roofspace so he wouldn't need any more land for solar plus it could be part of the brand "rossi icecream run on sunshine" for example

My advise with those vehicles is to be very careful picking the right 👉 Servicing Team. Also be mindful that very soon Gas is going to be phasing out with Electric. New to the channel and enjoying the content however I’ve a question as looking at purchasing a business myself. I started my company October last year (yet to commence trading) currently prospecting for clients however I’m now aware of a business (same industry) and their intention to sell due to an upcoming lease expiry. With some due diligence I’m now aware the seller has been asset stripping this entire time and was never intending on moving the company forward. My question is how would you approach this owner to appeal to their greed in a bid to acquire the business as there is a real opportunity in the industry with no competitors in my the area. Looking at structuring the deal on an equity basis however again I’m aware the owner has 70k in the business which he’ll lose so im of the idea to offer him equity to sweeten his long term interests

opportunity to create something new now, could be a bespoke WMS, perhaps some software that links your clients directly to the wholesale platform, not some basic API based ERP, think TFL, Oyster swipe..to run up from £10m to £25m in 3 years, also needs clever clever tech as well as some other level distribution....
