The prices are good in Abruzzo and the appartment looks good! Nice job. I think the renovation was maybe 15k? depending on how it all looked before more or less. But I think the title is wrong (it's not nice to buy an apartment for a very cheap price then ask if you paid too much. It would be better (more friendly to the seller) to ask: Did I pay too little. Anyway the apartment looks great.

It is above 30k, keep in mind that the prices of raw materials and labor in Italy are very expensive, and we wanted a lot of precious details, in last week's video at the beginning I show the photos of the house😃

I saw the before photos, and this is a gut renovation so would say about 1,200-1,400 per square meter!!

Share how much did You spend in total on: purchase, taxes, renovation, lawyer, notary,clerks etc. That would give us a better view on these matters. I bet You must have spend overall around 90k euros for the whole, if not more.
