As someone that wants to be both an actor and filmmaker (right now I have done bit pieces as a zombie extra in some indie films in the KC and Topeka KS areas), I am inspired every time I watch these videos. This one is getting a comment because it was a different look. I really dig the comradery you guys all have. To answer the issue about the "revolving door" you guys have. That is the nature of the beast in any industry. The important thing here is that when we see people move on from the team to other things, it is as if we are seeing a firing. It's like watching a hatchling grow, and leave the nest. Spreading their wings. You have a group of individuals that appear to be your core team. Don't worry. I can only imagine Niko's heirloom bow is a life long literary symbol that reflects his character and integrity. Similar to a motif, Niko's heirloom bow is a reminder of himself. As his bow grows with age, history, and experience Niko grows with it. The bow's performance also tells a respective story. In times of hardship and tragedy the heirloom bow fails to hit a bullseye, and in times of victory and valor the bow shoots straight always hitting its direct target. When Niko loses a friend he splits his own arrow down the bullseye. Just a quirky idea but sounds like an impactful object or action to use for symbolism.

I think Adrian leaving kinda sucks. The man broke his collarbone for our entertainment's sake, it's somewhat likely he wouldn't have done that jump if there wasn't a camera involved. But then you need to remember this is a documentary channel, not a scripted story show. It depicts the company, and if someone joins or leaves, that's just how it is. You guys are people, not characters, and I think your audience knows the difference. Maybe Peter was somewhat of a character, because you actively made him into one, but I think the recent cameo with the Spider-Man work made it clear he was still a person. I (and hopefully everyone else) can't expect you to hold people hostage and prevent their progress in life/career just because they're popular on this channel. I can't believe this is even a question.

I think Niko is thinking more on us wondering “why would anyone leave?”... if the work and pay are good and fun, what’s the issue. Is there no room for growth at Corridor? Hey @SirWrender, I know it might be a bit late to respond (and by now its likely someone might've already said this) but if you still have issues with the stripped out screw holes on the onewheel, or if you run into them again in the future, you could try repairing the hole with something like either a time sert or helicoil, and/or possibly use a bit of loctite to help hold both the thread repair and the screw in place. In case you haven't heard of time serts or helicoils, they're basically threaded sleeves that screw into a hole slightly larger than the original hole and have an internal threaded hole the same size and thread pitch as the original screw, allowing you to essentially replace stripped out threads, provided there's enough material to drill and tap into.

Videos like these and the one where Niko reflects on how he disciplines his crew, are big reminders of why I want to get into acting/producing. I grew up watching Rooster Teeth and naturally found Corridor and Rocket Jump through common interests, and following the growth of both studios (and particularly VGHS, and Corridor's non stop amazing shorts) really pushed me to make the choice to move down to Austin and pursue it. Leaving the IT field behind, which will undoubtedly be a huge boon to my career doing this stuff, because it's just not my passion. I would love the opportunity to work and learn with these guys, definitely a goal/dream of mine down the road!

Never thought I'd have so many feels watching what is essentially a Vlog channel, but seeing Jake fix Niko's heirloom bow with genuine and sincere effort and Niko's reaction was real sweet.
