After 4 weeks the team and I finally finished building the 1st of 7 New build timber framed houses! There's been a few setbacks and obstacles to overcome, but what's a job without a few challenges?
Thanks so much for following along on this first house, see you on the next one!

Izzy im so chuffed to be part of your first timber build brickwork job. Its as though they build them inside out. You are right to be proud of the finished product. You have hit the challenges head on and the experience gained will help you proceed with the next plots. Thank you for bringing us along and hope to see more videos as the plots progress. Well done

Nice build. Only thing i would say not the best of brick mixing on the first solders. I think when loaded out with brick clamps on a multi brick you get a lot of one colour then a different colour

Yet another great job mate 👍 Only thing I can suggest is to have a company cut your gable end bricks to the required angle and then you cut them to length.

Love the project, timber frame buildings so different to brick / block in many ways. Love your style laying the bricks, so smooth and coordinated. Highly productive. Only downer in my books is the choice of bricks, they look like something rejected as 1st from the brickworks and shipped from the reclaim yard. Poor choice, can't see it being cost driven on a quality build like this but why?....

You have made a silk purse out of a sow's ear, with those fugly bricks, they are common over here in Oz WA anyway not sure about the other states though, but im glad I'm retired and don't have to build the modern way, which IMHO almost guarantees a very short lifespan, don't get me wrong I am all for innovation but I believe it has limits in house building, and no I am not ttb

Hello Izzy, great job and video as usual. I want to ask you one question. If you were to build your own house, would you chose that house to be built traditionally with concrete blocks, rockwool insulation and brick, or with timber frame? Sorry from my bad English, and hello from Serbia.
