I saw a video of a "relaxation room" like this months ago and haven't forgotten about it. I've been looking at homes on zillow for fun recently and realized that a sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge were all non-negotiables in a home I own in the future. This is the EXACT solution and inspiration I needed. This is the huge value in understanding how mechanical systems work so you can make fun projects like this at home in your free time. For anyone wanting to know how ice baths cause happiness.. its the change in temperature when your body goes from homeostasis to extreme cold you're to distracted to have a panic attach and hormones and nurotransmitters are released that try to get your body back to homeostasis. Also if your looking to sleep better turn on the ac take a really hot bath then turn it to freezing at the last moment going from hot to cold will release melatonin and naturally make you sleeping I learned all of this durring a stay at a mental hospital and now showers and temperature regulation are coming techniques I use all the time ❤❤

My old chest freezer had a temp setting down on the outside near the compressor so that would stop it freezing solid lover the idea a sound machine for sleeping with thunder storms could help along with a fan for wind
