This video is one unique gem on KZbin. We actually get to see the entire process: ideation, business setup, marketing, lead generation, build: frontend, processing logic and backend, then sales. The whole process takes up so much time and effort compared to just focusing on one aspect of the process, let along recording the whole process and entertain us at the same time. Thank you so much
@proudcastleКүн бұрын
Strange - to me it feels like we only did see the happy part of the video but not the crucial complex parts. How did customers pay? You can’t do that on the website? Did they simply transfer the money to him because of a compelling email he send to them? How does the resume look like? After working with Bolt, Make and the other tools it looks like we just saw the presentable parts of the process.

Mate, that was the best instructional video I have watched for a long time. A few things I missed, will need to watch a few more times. The biggest problem for me is the automations in MAKE, a bit more detail in the more complex parts of the process would be helpful. I'll see if I can recreate the tool and let you know how I went. With that said, great content, I'm a new fan :). Thanks heaps!

Update: So, I have spent most of the day playing around with the App side of things and - Authentication and superbase are working well. Developed some inputs in the settings section and made a number of changes to the UI in general. All is working well. You provided just enough information for me to pull through on that side of things. I appreciate that. I'm now looking at the Make part, or as you put it the "engine" of the App, and I realized pretty quickly that the video isn't going to provide enough information to make, make work, that's a bummer.... As the video is free, I accept its shortcomings and will soldier on. Thanks, heaps for the information you did provide, it got me further into the App building process than I have achieved before.

That’s true. I tried Bolt for different types of apps and have to say that almost always I had to rely on my dev experience to fix problems. But Bolt helped a lot with building prototypes that I then could discuss with my co-founders and „old-fashioned“ developers.

It's cool that you're making money off of it, but if I were to advise somebody that is looking for a SAAS SOFTWARE startup idea to make money, don't create one that is targeted at people that don't have a job and probably don't have much money to pay for a SAAS software because they don't have a job.

@@IanPritchard My perspective on this is a little different. SAAS and AI are kind of merging. The tools are getting more sophisticated to build software so learning to sell too is great. I can't express how great the video is but for the beginners this may sound like it works like a click of a button, sad reality is no. you are supposed to learn how to use, configure, design and implement and also connect then together these products, not only them you are supposed to learn to keep your mind open and "objectively" exploring optional features you can use with the suggested services or thousands of other services out on the internet and work with what suits your needs.
