18:27, for the HRV Condensate Drain, it needs to be dripped over an air gap into the black ABS drain pipe, not directly tucked into the pipe as it shows. You had a great well set up with a testable DCVA inline with your cold water supply.

Oh, that was so worth the wait. The new studio is everything you said it would be. New toys, (bye Bissell), super powered central vac, major improvements. I was thrilled to see the expresso machine and the bean grinder on the counter. You and I share the love of coffee. Every decision well thought through and logical. Thinking ahead and planning are certainly one of your strong skills. I like the way the stock inside the cabinets was done. All the labels facing out. Ok, Mike at the end was hilarious. Standing there with Bieber balls and Tim bits and coffee. That's living your best life. Thank you so much for this. I cannot wait to see Ruby in the first wash! Again congratulations with much admiration. 💜

I noticed you don't have a fridge and/or microwave. I really think you should get both since you'll be spending a lot of time in the studio. I'll also suggest a couch, a toaster oven, a mug or two for coffee/tea, and silverware.

Looks fantastic, well done! If I could make a suggestion - the sound in that main space has a lot of reverb echo off all the hard walls and surfaces - you could reduce that with some acoustic dampening panels here and there, and have better sound for direct audio recording for videos.

I washed my car with softened well water before. Running hot water direct off our water heater (set to 112 degrees f) also seems to help even more with preventing water spots.

What an amazing studio!!! That's my dream also! Thank you for taking the time to show it off!! Please pause at 4:25 exactly. Inspect that roof. There's a nail right at your ridge-may void your IKO warranty due to installer error. That leads to leaks. You cannot strike a nail there, there's no tar behind it to seal it. I think I see another random nail closer to the gutter line. Also, your box vent, the nails need to be sealed. Again leading to leaks. I used to work for GAF. Much love!!! :) love your content brother!

If I can make a suggestion on that Mytee. If you have not done so, order the upholstery tool for it. You talked about saving time switching to the Mytee, you will be amazed at the time saving having the upholstery tool.

Awesome space! Just a tip, I’ve used that same extractor when in a few companies in the past and just make sure you’re well clear of the drain pipe on the rear. If it’s filled good it’ll blast out the second you pull the plug and the last thing you want is to be anywhere near that nasty stream of filth lol 😂

Congratulations with the shop. IMPORTANT. Remove the zipties from your pipe insulation on your aircon.. Use electric tape instead. Zipties is making the insulation useless. You will have problems with condensate over time were the zipties are.

I was always curious how you operated previously out of your home as in my area in Texas generally restricts business operations such as this from your home. I was also wondering how your neighbors responded. We’ll, that’s behind you now. One other thing as a constructive critique: listen to yourself to see how many times you say, “yeah.” As you got toward the end, you definitely said it less.
