I can confirm burnt pasta can be pretty good, sometimes when my mom makes lasagna the edges get a little burn where they stick out of the sauce, and I like that part, the sauce is thick and the chewiness and crispiness reminds me of like eating bbq or something.
@primaitalia7539 ай бұрын
But this recipe breaks with tradition. But it is the only pasta salsa where it is accepted in Italy. Please do not let the rest of the salsas burn. Because we are not in Asian cuisine here, but in Italian cuisine.

Ahhh!!!😍😍😍 The crusty layer of the spaghetti🤤 is the equivalence of the *SOCARRAT* in a paella valenciana. Family members can fight for this crust as if it was the last glass of water in the desert. Spanish cousins, you know, just like you arrrrrre. 🧛🏻♀️🖤

This makes so much sense. I will fight for the slightly burned sides of a pan of lasagna. So why not my spaghetti. I always add a little bit of dried chili pepper seeds to my garlic and oil red sauces. I would add some grated cheese to my serving of this wonderful dish. Thank you pasta Queen!!!

If you have the chance deffs try adding some whole calabrian Chile peppers. They're yummy and not very spicy.

Thank you for the recipe I made it and I enjoyed alot ♥️ one tip for ppl who are used to eating spicy food, I added 3 and it didn't feel enough so I suggest adding more chili peppers. Edit: I have to say this ok, this is one of the best broke college kid recipe! Been using it as my "I'm too physically and mentally tired to cook but I need something cuz I'm too broke to eat out" meal and it's fantastic! I'm not italian lol and frankly I don't care about authentic italian taste cuz I'm just trying to feed myself so I play around a little bit with the recipe like adding mushrooms for protein but anyway very good recipe. I never care about the heat, either medium or sometimes high when I am impatient but the beautiful thing about this recipe is that if you burn the sauce like I did a couple of times, it will taste delicious 😂 just mix very well so you are not left with big chuncks of the burnt bits. Thank you guys for sharing this recipe it has helped me alot! But if you are a student then don't eat this before your study sessions because you can fall asleep quickly after eating this 😂

When we have leftover pasta, the next day i make what my mother called pasta bruciata. Heat up olive oil then add the cooked pasta and let it sizzle till heated through and the bottom is crispy and browned. It has a wonderful bite to it and is fine on its own or better when put into a sauce and cooked for a few minutes...
