I didn't even know they had transformed it into a movie. I am a huge Trekkie and it is my dream and aspiration. If Section 31 turns out to be the same quality as Picard and Discovery I will be disgusted but not disappointed with what Hollywood makes this days ... I guess I will have to keep reliving ST:OG, ST:NTG, ST:DS9, ST:V, ST:E ... good thing there's enough content there for decades for me to rewatch.

I'm still NOT INTERESTED by another CYNICAL TAKE on "scifi" Star trek was the ONE, the ONE utopian, optimistic, by a better humanity, show. The one with SF ideas, ,possibilities, and with modern FX and ambitious storytelling could be a GREAT outlet to show new creatures, fun and interesting alien cultures, and why not wonderful technologies or way people could be better and striving to create things in the universe, while opposing hates, fears, and having crazy adventures. There is new way to imagine Stars, exotic planets, and so. The science is today full of new ideas, new discoveries, interesting theories about Black Hole, planetary systems. and, also, we have to go forward in future.

In my own opinion I would love to see the movie don’t care it it’s gonna be bad or not love the actress they chose for the main character can’t wait to see what she’ll do…. And still in my own opinions I understand the premise of section 31 but been wanting to see more of what they do because if you go back to Discovery then you see that their a secret branch of Starfleet that dose co-op missions that normally would have normal starship caption court martial and imprisoned
