I can brew this tea for hours and still doesn’t get bitter

This farmer from Nantou is super amazing at making Taiwanese black tea, which is like super rare for Taiwanese folks. And let me tell you, this tea is like the BEST I've ever tasted! Seriously, I've tried so many black teas, and this one tops them all. If you're into black tea, you have to try this out. And even if you're not a big fan of black tea, this tea will blow your mind!

Just out of curiosity, you say that your gaiwan is 100ml, is it to the brim or usable volume under the lid? For example I have 110ml one but it's when filled absolutely to the brim, and usable volume (to the point where lid meets water) only 75-80ml. I wanted to know it just for cases when I want to replicate your leaf-to-water ratio from different videos about teas those I didn't try yet.

This is part of the fun (and frustration) of tea - experimenting with different brewing vessels and methods, temperatures, and water. As I watch this video, I’m looking at a 2-oz bag of this tea and I want to tear into it (but it’s a little late and I don’t want to be up because of the caffeine). When brewing for others (or for yourself) you can also pre-heat the fair pour cup and the tea cups so there’s not a sudden temperature change as you pour hot tea into cold teaware.
