30 g of rice
1/2 onion (30g)
parsley
pepper
salt
1 egg white
250 gr. minced meat
for the soup:
1/2 onion (30g)
2 carrots
50 g of Celeriac ( celery root )
4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 liters of beef broth
200 grams of canned tomatoes
50 g of rice
for thickening ( Liaison ):
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. yoghurt
