• Removal of Supreme Court Judge of India is being done by passing notice of motion in either house of the Parliament. A removal motion signed by 100 members (in case of Lok Sabha) or 50 members (in case of Rajya Sabha) is to be given to the Speaker/Chairman. As India has a multi-party system, there are six national parties in the county - AAP, BSP, BJP, Congress, CPI-M, and NPP (the first national party from the North-East region).
