I can make this cake every afternoon and eat it without worry because it has no sugar and no oil.😋

1 cup and 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
3 eggs
1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup grape molasses
Instructions:
Beat the eggs and vanilla with a mixer until they become white and fluffy (5 to 8 minutes).
Add the water and grape molasses to the mixture and beat on low speed for less than a minute.
Combine the flour and baking powder, then sift them into the mixture slowly, stirring in one direction.
Grease the bottom of a baking dish and pour in the batter.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
Topping:
Melt dark chocolate (I used 85% dark chocolate).
Add some grape molasses and milk to the melted chocolate.
After the cake has cooled, pour the chocolate mixture over it.

۳ تخم مرغ
۱/۴ یا ۱/۲قاشق چایی خوری وانیل
۱ قاشق چایی خوری بیکینگ پودر
۱/۲ کاپ آب
۱/۲ کاپ شیره انگور
تخم مرغ و وانیل را با همزن بزنید که سفید شود(۵ تا ۸ دقیقه)، آب و شیره را به آن اضافه کنید و کمتر از ۱ دقیقه با سرعت کم با همزن بزنید. آرد و بیکینگ پودر را با بکدیگر ترکیب کرده و به آرامی با الک اضافه کنید و در یک جهت هم بزنید. کف ظرف را چرب کنید و مواد را بریزید و به مدت ۲۵ دقیقه در دمای ۱۸۰ درجه در فر بگذارید.
تاپینگ:
کاکائو تلخ(من ۸۵٪ درصد استفاده کردم) آب کنید و کمی شیره انگور و شیر به آن اضافه کنید. بعد از اینکه کیک خنک شد کاکائو را روی آن بریزید.
