Tolong lah KRL, MRT, LRT untuk pegawai pelayanan publiknya dikasih pelatihan bahasa Inggris sampai level high intermediate. ini si Jason cuma nanya "apakah bisa pakai kartu ini untuk naik MRT", kalo ga bisa ya tolong diarahkan ke vending machine untuk beli tiket atau kasih tau untuk beli kartu uang elektronik. sesimple itu tapi gak ada yang bisa jawab dan kasih informasi dengan jelas sampai harus keluar stasion karena gak paham penjelasan staff disana.

Hello Sir, just to let you know there are 3 types of rail-based transportation. MRT (mass rapid transit), LRT (light rail transit) and KRL (kereta rel listrik). Your card was for KRL and not for 2 other systems. Also the Kuningan area is only connected by LRT. So the best way is to buy e-Money card which is valid for MRT, LRT and bus. You can get the e-money cars from any convenient stores like Indomaret or Alfamaret. Enjoy your trip in Indonesia

To go to Kuningan, you should use the LRT. After leaving Sudirman station, there is access to the LRT station. because you don't know you are taking the wrong way to the MRT station. because Sudirman station is integrated with the MRT and LRT

gregetan bgt liatin komunikasi yg gak beres, sempet emosi sama pegawai MRT nya knp gapake google translate.. tapi kalo dipikir2 'Dimana bumi dipijak disitu langit dijunjung' benar adanya.. si bule ini sama sekali gak effort buat cari tau lewat google paling nggak, seolah2 orang lokal harus mengerti dia tapi dia sendiri gaada usaha.. ya walaupun bisa jadi nilai plus buat mbak MRT nya, but lesson learned : lo kerja disitu gaada peraturan tertulis harus menjelaskan customer berbahasa inggris😂

I'm really sorry for what happened because of the language barrier. On MRT station, they try to tell you that your KRL card balance is insufficient, and you need to top up the card. But the problem is, they can't provide the top up because you can only top up that card on the train station (KRL).

MRT is Mass Rapid Transit, LRT is Light Rail Transit. 21:25 From Dukuh Atas BNI to Kuningan (assuming you want to go Kuningan Timur 2), you can take the train from there to Bundaran HI, get off at Bundaran HI station, walk towards Bundaran HI Astra bus stop then take Transjakarta bus number 6A to Underpass Kuningan

It is a common practice not to accept foreign money from a "weaker" or less popular country or currency. For example, money changers in Indonesia usually don't even accept Vietnamese Dong, Cambodian Riel, Laotian Kip, etc. So, it is advised to change those remaining money to USD or any strong currency. Anw, once you arrived at Sudirman Station, you should transfer to the LRT, not the MRT. The "Kuningan Station" you saw on the map is a part of an LRT line. I'm really sorry for this chaotic system instead of a seamless transfer like in Singapore or KL. Did someone direct you to the MRT station? I'm really sorry too for the POOR ENGLISH of those MRT Jakarta officers. They should speak some basic English.

This is the first time i saw your video, and i am very sad to see you struggle in communication with these people. My apologies for Indonesians who can't speak english, it's an international language yet my people (in most places) really.... not helpful. In the contrary, as an Indonesian i wouldn't use english as daily conversation but rather stay in my comfy bed watching netflix, or youtube (in english of course) as i feel more comfortable for it. MRT (connecting several station around City Main Road) 4. LRT (connecting several small station around City Big Road) 5. KRL (connecting several small station throughout the city; it is the oldest rail based, cheapest and have more station, but lot crowded) 6. Kereta Antar Kota (connecting Jakarta with another City in Java Island) For easier access in Jakarta, its suggested to buy E-Money Card (Brizzi, Flazz, E-money, Tapcash, dan Jakcard). Once you top-up, you can't cash out the remaining balance, so don't top-up too much. But this card can be used in Express Railway, MRT, LRT, KRL, Busway, or even shopping in convenient store such as Indomaret or Alfamart. Some area need online based transportation (gojek, grab, taxi) to reach. Lotte is Korean based Franchised, the hand-print that you showed belong to Korean Idol Group.
