And since you love burgers I recommend Burger Bangor chain( even better than McDonald's and Burger King haha) For coffee I recommend Kopi Kenangan shops ( the best coffee chain in Indonesia haha) And for places to visit I recommend Kota Tua (the old town), Glodok (Chinatown) where you can try some Chinese Indonesian cuisine such as Bakmi. Well it's actually pronounced 'combro' which means 'oncom di jero' in sundanese language, one of our regional languages. In Indonesian it means 'oncom di dalam'. Oncom is a traditional Indonesian product that is fermented with mold. The base of every oncom is prepared with various by-products such as soy pulp, peanut and coconut press cake, or cassava tailings that are fermented with two types of mold to create red and black oncom varieties. Oh ya, if u want to try Nasi Padang (Padang Rice) you can go to Pagi Sore or Sederhana Restaurant.. go there and have a table, no need to order anything (except any beverage), don't panic if they deserve you sooo many plate of dishes.. you just pay what u touch and eat. Beef rendang and ayam pop (pop chicken) is on the top list (my opinion, wkwkwk).. get the rice on ur plate, took the gravy + cassava leaf + sambal (chilli) and any meat you like, mix them all, Heaven!!
