I think Stella just wants to be clear that she has her failings as a cabin employee. I am also concerned about her interest in identifying her carrier. However, a KZbin pilot says that he coordinates with his flight operations team every time he feels suspicious he might identify to make sure. Rumor has it he works for Ryan Air though.

Just checked the area where I live and Stella would find 15 of the 18 restaurants / take-aways (in Europe) selling empanadas are within 5 miles of my home near Liverpool, UK... Surprised me in a positive way. (Other locations - Dublin, London, Manchester).

Stella, I just got my job back as a flight attendant after being left with no work back in November and honestly you are absolute goals now that I'm back. I'm gunna strive to have the positivity for at that you do cos too often I took the job for granted and would moan and get fed up but honestly not flying I've missed it so much. Just a helpful tip. If you need to dewrinkle via the dryer, pop a damp face cloth or something else damp & pop it in there. The steam from the wet & dryer help take the wrinkles out faster.

Jackie if you don't hit the crew room before a certain time or the van taking crew to airports from hotels it will count against you since carriers do not have much respect for those who cause any kind of delay whatsoever. They do have emergency standbys on an up to one hour notice, but calling one up because you were late to the crew room for no good reason is not a good idea.

I’m a DC based flight attendant too! The metro can be confusing from DCA with all the train colors! 🤣I don’t know if you have the metro app (I believe it’s called DC metro and bus) but it really helps me sometimes! It has sections for the different metro colors, lists the stops in order, and when each metro is arriving at each station!

You should buy a luggage holder like they have in the hotels - I have a 2nd home that I'm constantly packing and brining luggage to (the same size as yours) - it's very helpful to have it. They have some nice ones on Amazon.

My advice is take your time. Read the signs. And ask for help when needed. The airport workers are always super helpful. Good luck

Standard flight gear for any cabin member. However one stew for Alaska actually is taking legal action because the person wont want to identify as a man or a woman on the regular basis, which apparently goes against the standard crew dress code for his carrier.

Hi Stella, I am actually very excited that travel is starting to pick back up! I was supposed to fly out of state for a job interview (to become a flight attendant) last March, but then the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and the airline I was going to interview with needed to cancel the interview. Since the beginning of 2021, I have applied with a couple of airlines, and hopefully I will get another interview.

Just wondering: if Bart's away and you're flying, what is your backup plan for Francis if you get stuck overnight (or several days) away from home? Do you have good neighbors or friends or a service lined up in DC to take care of him, or do you just leave out a lot of dry food and water for him? This always seemed like a potential problem for people in your profession.

She's talked before about their pet sitters and talks about their dog walker in this video too. Since those people have the house key you would just let them know you got stuck. Obviously some people might use friends or neighbors instead. They've had their jobs and dog for a long time they know what they're doing lol

My suggestion for lunch sacks. When you have a short haul, have a second lunch pail. A smaller one. One that could fit in your bag. I have a couple of different sizes myself and sometimes I just need 'a snack' and other days I need more. Just a thought! Love your vlog!
